Tropical Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
This tropical smoothie bowl is creamy, fruity, and full of feel-good vibes — and of course, Pink Pitaya is the one behind that magical pink color.
The best part? It’s super easy to make and works perfectly as breakfast, a snack, or a light lunch.
🥭 Ingredients – smoothie base
-
200 g frozen fruit mix - mango, papaya, pineapple & banana
-
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
-
A splash of coconut milk (or any other milk of choice)
-
1–2 tbsp Pink Pitaya powder
🥣 How to make it
-
Add the frozen fruit to a blender.
-
Add coconut yogurt, a splash of milk, and the Pink Pitaya powder.
-
Blend until thick and creamy. (Add a little more liquid if needed, but keep it nice and thick so you can eat it with a spoon.)
-
Pour into a bowl and get ready for the fun part — toppings!

✨ Toppings – make it your own
There are no rules here. Use what you have at home and build your dream bowl.
We love topping it with our Snackii - dried mango & mixed nuts, for extra crunch and a tropical touch. Granola, fresh fruit, seeds, or nut butter are also perfect choices🤗
