🚚 Shipping Policy

Order Processing

1. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.
2. Orders placed before 13:00 CET are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 will ship the next business day.
3. All orders are send out from our warehouse in Sweden (Tyresö).

Domestic (Sweden)

1. Standard shipping: 1–3 business days.
2. Free shipping on orders over 300 SEK

International Shipping

We ship worldwide and use trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

1. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
2. Customers in the EU and UK have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns must then be sent back within another 14 days.

Conditions for Returns

1. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
2. Returns of used/opened food products are not accepted due to hygiene and safety regulations.
3. Bulk or wholesale orders require prior return authorization.

Return Costs

1. Sweden: Customer pays return shipping unless item is damaged or incorrect.
2. EU countries: Customer pays unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
3. Outside EU: Customer is responsible for all return costs and customs clearance, unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

1. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with photos and order number.
2. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund—including shipping costs.

Refunds

1. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items Not Eligible for Return

1. Opened or used food powders, superfood products, or energy drink cans.
2. Sale or clearance items clearly marked as final sale.
3. Personalized or custom orders.

📦 How to Make a Return

2. We'll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging.
4. Ship the item within 14 days of receiving return approval.
