3 Healthy Holiday Smoothie Bowls you need to try this month!ππ€
1. Blue Gingerbread Bowl ππ€
For the smoothie:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/ - 1 tbsp of Rawnice Blue Spirulina Powder
- Splash of plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp of plant-based yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp of nutmeg
Toppings
Vegan Gingerbread cookies
Winter sprinkles
Directions:
- Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer into your favorite bowl, sprinkle with crushed gingerbread cookies and sprinkles. Decorate with a few Christmas cookies.
2. Strawberry Candy Cane Bowl
Strawberry & Peppermint smoothie:
- 200 gr of frozen strawberries
- 3 tbsp of plant-based yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp tbsp of rawnice Pink Pitaya Powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (or 1-2 candy canes)
- 2-3 tbsp of maple syrup
Banana & Cinnamon smoothie:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of cardamom
- Splash of plant-based milk
Toppings: Candy canes, sprinkles.

Directions:
- Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer both smoothies into one bowl and mix them gently.
- Decorate with candy canes and sprinkles.
3. Matcha & Mint & Choco Bowl
Matcha & Mint Smoothie:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 100 gr of frozen spinach
- 1 tsp of Rawnice Matcha Powder
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract
Toppings:
Chocolate, cacao nibs, sprinkles.
Directions:
- Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer smoothie into your favorite bowl and add toppings: a little bit of your favorite chocolate, cacao nibs, snowflake sprinkles.
