Here are three easy smoothie breakfast jars ideas that you can try:

 

1. Berry Mango Protein Smoothie smoothie jar with granola

Prep time: 5 mins, (2 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 tbsp of your favorite granola or muesli
  • few fresh blueberries
  • nut butter

 

Directions:

  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 
  2. In a jar or glass place 2 tbs of your favorite granola and put the smoothie.
  3. Add a little bit of nut butter on the top + more granola, and some fresh or frozen blueberries. 

 

2. Vanilla Caramel Smoothie jar with popcorn

Prep time: 5 mins, (2 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 150 ml of almond milk (or any other milk, but if you wish very thick consistency add less milk)
  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1 scoop our Rawnice Vanilla Caramel protein powder
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter (or any other nut butter)

Toppings:

  • Popcorn
  • Nut butter 

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer into a jar, add some popcorn on the top, and drizzle with a little bit of peanut butter 🍿

 

3. Mango & Lemon & Curcumin Smoothie jar

Prep time: 5 mins, (2 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr frozen mango
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp of plant based yogurt
  • 1 tsp of our Rawnice Curcumin powder

Toppings:

  • 2-3 tbsp of your favorite granola or muesli
  • Fresh mango chunks, or fruits of choice

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer into a jar, add granola & fruits on the top
